Why would it be beneficial to be able to regenerate parts like the planaria worms?
It would be extremely beneficial, because there would be no disabled person, because he or she could just grow it back. Injuries wouldn't be so serious and the world would be a better place.

Epidemic: Pandemic 2
After my wrath of deadly terror, there were still some survivors, because I could not infect Madagascar. I made my pathogen really contagious, but not much symptoms or no serious or fatal symptoms. After I got as many places as I could infected, I started leveling up the symptoms to increase the death toll. The reason I could not reach Madagascar is that they only had a port, which closed really early in the game and I could not infect them no matter how hard I tried.

NAT 2.0
In my diet, I had way to much Na (sodium). If this continues for the five years, I will always be dehydrated and will have extremely high blood pressure. Having high blood pressure is bad because it increases the risks of heart attacks and can cause kidney diseases. To lower blood pressure, i need to eat less sodium and exercise more.

How Instructions for Recipes are Similar to Procedures
Instructions for recipes are similar to procedure because you have to follow them exactly to get the desired results. For example if you add to much salt or too little sugar, you food with taste horrible. Like in a lab procedure, if you add to much gun powder you might kill everybody. Executing the instructions or procedures perfectly will result in the same result and make your experiment more accurate.
